SilverFlame broadheads consistently pursue the principle of the single or two-bladed broadhead as one has known them for thousands of years. My goal is to produce a broadhead with which the bowhunter does not even need to concern himself with the ability to perform, if in place of a skinny deer suddenly a massive hog comes into sight and/or if the impact angle of the arrow by a sudden movement of the game is no longer ideal. Here by any means the effectiveness is not to be questioned regarding by multi-bladed broadheads. Up to certain game strengths and outside of critical hunting situations, three and multi-bladed broadheads have quite their target-ballistic validation. Innumerable successful hunts confirm this fact.

Unfortunately there is however certain critical hunting situations, in which always everything does not work according to plan and some crucial inches of penetration, are lacking, in order to cause a fast humane death of the game. A multiplicity of cutting blades does not help in these instances, if the vital zone is not reached or is not completely penetrated. In its wake a hurt creature remains, with perhaps some unwanted public resentment, not to mention a very disappointed hunter. Please consider that a two-blader has to break the bone due to the straight aligning blade arrangement only once, in order to produce a gap for the arrow shaft. A three-blader has to do this repeatedly three times.

We do not regard broadheads as throw-away articles !!
They should be a high-quality, dependable tool, same as the bow, the arrows or the hunting knife!!

Unlike the days of our ancient ancestors, modern bowhunting, as we know it today is certainly not something that is practiced out of a shear necessity for survival. However the deep passion and fascination for bowhunting, which the bowhunters of today exhibit, has been perhaps passed along through some genetic trait.

Today's bowhunting is subject to legal regulations, which have been created to ensure the proper wildlife management practices are adhered to. In order to guard against even more stringent restrictions being enacted, or worse abolishment of hunting privileges, bowhunters are responsible to ourselves and colleagues to adapt the strongest of ethical principles.

The general public along with the local legislators demand, as well as they should the most humane methods for harvesting game animals. I know all true hunters are deeply bothered by the suffering caused by the wounding of an animal.GERMAN KINETICS, not unlike many other past enterprises, has been created out of the discontent over existing products, which cannot meet my high standard of expectations. To this end, I decided in 1999 to begin developing my own line of top-quality broadheads. My expertise as a certified engineer and CAD technical designer in the architecture and mechanical engineering fields has helped me immensely as well as my own bowhunting experiences around the globe. I am very grateful also for all the wealth of information, which I received from professional hunters, bowhunters, professional guides, veterinarians and not least butchers.

Precisely the same reasoning applicable to shotgun and rifle hunting, whereby the proper choice of "wound causing projectiles", in combination with the anatomically correct placement also applies to the broadhead and is paramount for ensuring a short chase distance and a quick, humane harvest of the game.

Our intention with the design development and fabrication of bowhunting accessories has not been to reinvent the wheel; however it verified small, however critical detail solutions lead to noticeable improvements, which are crucial for success in the most critical hunting situations. Our products are subject to the most stringent of quality control measures and nothing will leave my factory without our seal of approval.
